At Lookopticdeal, we want you to know exactly when your order will arrive. This policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver orders within the continental United States.
Order Processing
We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Time (CT) on a business day are processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, on weekends, or on holidays are processed on the next business day.

The total estimated delivery time equals the order processing time plus the carrier transit time. The carrier transit time is an estimate provided by the shipping carrier and does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date.
Shipping Carrier Selection
We select a shipping carrier appropriate for your delivery state based on the carrier’s service coverage and delivery performance in that region. This allows us to match each shipment with a carrier that can best serve the destination address. Carriers we work with include USPS, UPS, and FedEx, depending on the destination.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is free on all orders within the continental United States. There is no minimum order requirement to qualify for free shipping. We do not charge any handling fees.
Sales Tax
Lookopticdeal does not charge sales tax on any orders. No tax is calculated or added at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the total amount you pay, with no additional fees at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website. If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@lookopticdeal.com.
Delivery Delays
While we and our carriers make every effort to meet the estimated delivery times, weather conditions, peak season volume, and other unforeseen events may occasionally cause delays. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout or a failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment in such cases.
